Bristol-Myers Squibb Mentoring Program:

The Tomorrow's Leader Program provides undergraduate women from Douglass Residential College (DRC) the opportunity to be mentored by a professional currently working at Bristol Myers Squibb. The program is open to rising juniors or determined sophomores in the Biology/Chemistry fields (i.e. biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, chemistry, or similar), Computer Science/ ITI, Engineering (i.e. packaging, material science, chemical, or similar). Students commit to this program on a one-academic year term. They participate in the orientation meeting, ongoing 1:1 mentoring sessions with their assigned mentor, a midpoint meeting, opportunities to visit the BMS site and tour their labs, and an end of the year recognition lunch for their participation in the program.

Applications for 2020-2021 will open Spring 2020.
