Douglass-Honors College Collaboration

Empowering Scholars, Inspiring Leaders, Building Community!

The Douglass-Honors College community is a vibrant and intellectually enriching environment that unites students from Douglass Residential College and the Honors College at Rutgers University. This distinctive community promotes a culture of academic excellence, leadership, and social engagement, empowering students to challenge themselves and develop personally and professionally.

Together, the Douglass-Honors College community creates a dynamic space where ambitious, socially conscious, and driven students can flourish, shaping their future as scholars, leaders, and changemakers.

What is the Innovator-in-Residence Program?

Each year, the Innovator-in-Residence Program hosts a scholar or artist to connect with students in the Douglass-Honors College Community. Students  travel to New York City to meet with the Innovator-in-Residence for a week-long experiential learning opportunity centered around global issues through the lens of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math).
