Douglass Externs Explore Careers Over Break

This past winter break, Douglass students participated in externships at companies, firms, and nonprofits across the region. Externships, part of the Reilly BOLD Program for Advancing Women's Professional Development at Douglass, are 1–2-week immersive job shadowing experiences designed to help students build resumes, make professional connections, and learn workplace skills with no prior experience required.

Check out the stories of Douglass' winter externs to celebrate the work of Douglass students and their dedicated site mentors.
