Yule Log Participant Application

Join us for the annual Yule Log Ceremony, Sunday, December 7th!

Celebrate the season with us as seniors share readings from cultures around the world honoring winter traditions, accompanied by special performances from the Voorhees Women’s Choir.

After the ceremony, walk with us to the Yule Log Reception — a warm and festive gathering for students, alumnae, faculty, and guests to connect, get cozy, and enjoy the holiday spirit.

We are currently seeking participants for the ceremony, including:
    •    Chime Striker
    •    Candlelight Ushers
    •    First-Year Logbearers
    •    Second- and Third-Year Torchbearers
    •    Senior Stair Speakers

Participants must be available to arrive at Voorhees Chapel by 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 7, 2025, and attend at least two rehearsals (see dates and times below).
