Dr. Lydia Prendergast is the Associate Dean of Women in Science and Engineering at Douglass. Dean P, as many students call her, has worked in higher education for over 20 years. She is a 3-time alumna of Rutgers in the fields of engineering and STEM education. Her research interests focus on high impact, authentic, hands-on learning experiences for STEM students.
