BOLD Transformations

BOLD Transformations

Thanks to a transformational gift, the BOLD Center for Leadership, Career, and Personal Development at Douglass will reach more students than ever before. With an innovative curriculum and expanded experiential learning opportunities, The Reilly Program at the BOLD Center at Douglass for Advancing Women’s Professional Development is designed to prepare Douglass women for leadership and careers of distinction in the twenty-first century. Hundreds of students will have access to this innovative curriculum and immersive learning experience thanks to the support of Stacey (DC’80) and Brian (ENG’80) Reilly.

Some of the ways that the Reilly Program will transform opportunities for students include:

  • Doubling the number of job sites hosting students participating in an externship
  • Expanding the curriculum to create opportunities for applied learning, understanding new technology, and leadership in the twenty-first-century workplace
  • Providing a pathway from the first-year experience to successful post-graduation outcomes

Transformational gifts to programs like the BOLD Center keep Douglass on the leading edge for women’s education. Douglass continues to create opportunities for students to excel—in the lab, in the classroom, and in their careers post-graduation. By giving to Douglass you are directly supporting these students and the programs that impact them.

For more information about giving directly to Douglass, please contact me at any time. Please note that the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (AADC) does not raise money for Douglass students and programs.
