Douglass Residential College offers two beautiful event spaces for rent: historic Voorhees Chapel, and the new Kathleen W. Ludwig Global Village Living Learning Center.

 

Voorhees Chapel

Classic Elegance with Historic Charm

Voorhees Chapel is one of two chapels on the Rutgers University – New Brunswick campus. Built in 1925 with a donation from Elizabeth Rodman Voorhees, wife of Rutgers trustee Ralph Voorhees, this Georgian-style chapel is the college ceremonies, plenaries, and concerts.

Voorhees Chapel is available for weddings. The chapel can accommodate up to 700 people.

Kathleen W. Ludwig Global Village Living Learning Center

Digital Conference Center

The Kathleen W. Ludwig Global Village Living Learning Center is the hub for Global education at Douglass. The newest building on the Douglass campus, it provides space for classes and conferences such as the Douglass Women's Career Day, the Global Summit, and other special events and lectures. This state-of-the-art facility is available for rental to both Rutgers University groups and outside organizations.

The Ludwig Global Learning Center has small rooms that can accommodate 12-30 people, and a large conference room with capacity for up to 170 people.
