Fall Semester & Academic Year Study Abroad Scholarship Information and Application

Fall semester and academic year semester study abroad scholarships are available for Douglass students in good academic standing who wish to pursue studies internationally. You must generate a Rutgers term bill to be eligible for a study abroad scholarship.

Basic Criteria utilized for DRC scholarship decisions are:

Required: (1) Enrolled in DRC, (2) 3.0 Cumulative GPA or greater

Highest Priority : (1) Financial Need, (2) DRC students living in DRC housing (commuters unaffected), (3) Demonstrated DRC involvement

The Fall 2017/2017-2018 Academic Year Study Abroad Scholarship Application is available between Sunday, January 15, 2017 and 11:59 pm on Friday, May 5, 2017.

ALL students who properly submit their application will receive an email confirmation. Please check your junk and spam folders. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we did not receive your application. No late application submissions will be accepted.

Notifications will be sent to your official Rutgers email address in July or August.  It is your responsibility to check your inbox, junk and spam folder during the month of July/August 2017 to ensure receipt of notification. Failure to do so can and may impact eligibility of scholarship award.
