Overnight & Classroom Visits Our dedicated student leaders and staff will provide you with an educational and enjoyable overnight or class experience that you are sure to remember! Visit Rutgers classes, spend a night in one of our residence halls, sample a meal in our dining halls, visit the recreation center, or accompany your student host to a club or organization meeting.
Overnight Visits include an overnight hosted stay with a current student in her residence hall, a Rutgers class visit, meals in university dining halls, and other special arrangements such as attending extra-curricular activities with your host.
Class Visits include a day visit to a Rutgers class with a current student host and may include meals and attending extra-curricular activities per special arrangements.
There is a $10 fee for classroom visits and a $15 fee for overnight visits to offset the cost of meals and materials provided during your visit. We do our best to take your interests and needs into account when scheduling your visit. While it is not always possible to match your interests perfectly, we make sure that you have a variety of experiences while you are with us on campus. Students with financial need for whom the fee may present a difficulty may contact our office directly at visitdc@echo.rutgers.edu or (848) 932-9500 to request assistance.
